Antonio Asis created a series of 20 Monotypes - all unique pieces. Wood, steel and cork balls. Signed at the back. Asistype 20 – boule sur cercle by Antonio Asis is the final unique monotype in his 2016 series of 20 one-of-a-kind works. Crafted from wood, steel, and a cork ball, the piece measures 45 x 45 x 12 cm. A white sphere protrudes from a lively composition of concentric rings in red, pink, sky blue, yellow, and black. The vivid palette and precise layering generate a rhythmic visual vibration, capturing the viewer's attention with a sense of balance and playful energy. Signed on the reverse and in mint condition, the work exemplifies Asis’s lifelong engagement with optical dynamism.
