What is abstract art?

What is abstract art?

Abstract art uses visual language of form, shape, line and color to achieve its desired effect. However, it does not attempt or seek to represent external reality but the created abstract art composition may exist with a level or degree of independence from the world's visual references.

Computer printing

Computer printing in its basic form is the process of using computer technology to reproduce fine art images to make prints. In more advanced techniques, artists can program computers to produce art images which are then transferred onto paper using printing technology.

Marker

Marker is the term used for a wide array of drawing tools made with colorful inks which dry quickly. They vary in size and colorant, which may be ink, dye or paint. They are available with tip variations and make smooth marks with distinct edges.

Photogravure

Photogravure is a high-quality printing process where a photograph is etched onto a copper plate. The plate is then inked and pressed onto paper, creating fine art prints with a distinctive, detailed appearance. This method, developed in the 19th century, is celebrated for its ability to produce soft tones and rich textures, making it ideal for art reproductions.
