Lithograph // Site by Robert Rauschenberg, created in 2000, is a limited edition lithograph measuring 31.5 by 23 inches. This artwork showcases Rauschenberg's signature collage technique, combining photographic elements with painterly textures to create a layered composition. The piece features an urban scene dominated by the word "OPTICIEN," alongside imagery of bicycles, storefronts, and fragmented architectural details. The overlay of different visual elements evokes the chaotic yet structured environment of city life. Rauschenberg’s work often blurs the line between abstraction and reality, inviting viewers to piece together narratives from the overlapping textures and symbols.

What is Neo-Dada?
Neo-Dada is a minor visual and audio art movement with intents similar to those of Dada artwork. While it revives some of Dada's objectives, Neo-Dada emphasizes the importance of the produced artwork rather than the concept behind it. The movement is considered the foundation of Pop Art, Nouveau Réalisme, and Fluxus. Neo-Dada is known for its use of absurdist contrasts, popular imagery, and modern materials, blending high and low culture in a way that challenges traditional artistic conventions.
