Unsigned, unnumbered // Bad Boys II by Keith Haring is a striking serigraph created in 1986. This limited edition print showcases Haring's iconic, bold linework and graphic style, which often explores themes of humanity, sexuality, and societal structures. The artwork presents two simplified figures in an intertwined, almost maze-like composition, with a central figure depicted upside down, suggesting complex themes of connection, tension, or duality. The absence of intricate detailing allows the viewer to focus on the flowing, rhythmic shapes, creating a sense of movement and energy that is characteristic of Haring's work. Through minimalism and abstraction, Haring conveys intensity and raw emotion, drawing viewers into an interpretation of unity and struggle.

What is pop-art?
Pop Art is an art movement that began in Britain in 1955 and in the late 1950s in the U.S. It challenged traditional fine arts by incorporating imagery from popular culture, such as news, advertising, and comic books. Pop Art often isolates and recontextualizes materials, combining them with unrelated elements. The movement is more about the attitudes and ideas that inspired it than the specific art itself. Pop Art is seen as a reaction against the dominant ideas of Abstract Expressionism, bringing everyday consumer culture into the realm of fine art.
