3D lenticular acrylic print comes with an aluminium frame. Signed at the back. // View of Loop Bridge Seen from Route 41 by Julian Opie, created in 2009, is a 3D lenticular acrylic print that captures a stylized and serene landscape of a winding road cutting through lush, rolling hills under a dusky sky. The scene features a highway that curves smoothly, leading the viewer’s eye into the distance toward the iconic loop bridge, an architectural feat nestled among the hills. Opie’s minimalist approach with clean lines and subdued colors emphasizes the calm and quiet of the scenery, while small details like distant birds and faint atmospheric effects add depth. Measuring 90 x 125 cm, this work, part of a limited edition of 50 with 5 artist proofs, exemplifies Opie's signature style that combines digital precision with a traditional Japanese woodblock aesthetic, creating a sense of modern tranquility.

What is new British Sculpture?
New British Sculpture is the name referring to the work produced by a group of sculptors, installation artists, and other creators who exhibited together in London during the 1980s. This group included artists like Richard Deacon, Richard Wentworth, and Tony Cragg. Tim Woods helped define this movement by identifying four major themes: the blending of kitsch and pop culture, the use of UK urban waste in a bricolage style, the assignment of new meanings to everyday objects, and a playful approach using wit and humor.
