// Untitled 10/10 (Radikal) by Jacob Kassay is a limited edition lithograph from 2013 that engages with the concept of media and public perception. The print appears as a distressed or faded newspaper layout, with images and text from what seems to be a Turkish newspaper, creating a fragmented narrative. By incorporating elements of newsprint, Kassay blurs the line between art and everyday media, inviting viewers to reflect on the fleeting nature of news and the distortion of information over time. The rough, textured appearance of the lithograph adds to its vintage, almost archival quality, enhancing the sense of decay and impermanence in the narrative it presents.

What is minimalism?
Minimalism is a style in music and visual arts characterized by pared-down designs and simplicity. It began in Western art after World War II, gaining prominence particularly in American visual arts. Minimalism draws heavily on aspects of modernism and is often viewed as a reaction against Abstract Expressionism, as well as a precursor to post-minimal art practices. Prominent minimalist artists include Agnes Martin, Donald Judd, Robert Morris, Frank Stella, and Dan Flavin.
