// Moonlit Window by DabsMyla is a vibrant lithograph depicting a playful still life set against a bold, graphic window scene. The window reveals a pink sky with a glowing yellow moon, creating a striking contrast to the interior scene. A vase of colorful flowers stands beside a bowl overflowing with bright fruit, including oranges, lemons, and a bunch of grapes. In the foreground, a wedge of cheese sits on a plate, adding an element of whimsy. On the left, a cartoonish figure with a mushroom-shaped hat appears on a drawing, injecting a sense of humor into the composition. The use of saturated colors and clean lines reflects a pop art influence, typical of DabsMyla's contemporary style.

What is pop-art?
Pop Art is an art movement that began in Britain in 1955 and in the late 1950s in the U.S. It challenged traditional fine arts by incorporating imagery from popular culture, such as news, advertising, and comic books. Pop Art often isolates and recontextualizes materials, combining them with unrelated elements. The movement is more about the attitudes and ideas that inspired it than the specific art itself. Pop Art is seen as a reaction against the dominant ideas of Abstract Expressionism, bringing everyday consumer culture into the realm of fine art.
