Wat is Neo-Dada?

Neo-Dada is een kleinere visuele en auditieve kunstbeweging met intenties die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van Dada-kunst. Terwijl het enkele van Dada's doelen nieuw leven inblaast, legt Neo-Dada de nadruk op het geproduceerde kunstwerk in plaats van op het concept erachter. De beweging wordt beschouwd als de basis van Pop Art, Nouveau Réalisme en Fluxus. Neo-Dada staat bekend om het gebruik van absurdistische contrasten, populaire beelden en moderne materialen, waarbij hoge en lage cultuur op een manier worden vermengd die traditionele artistieke conventies uitdaagt.
