Screenprint on 410 gsm Somerset Tub paper.- This intricately detailed silkscreen print of his 1996 iconic sculpture of supermodel Kate Moss depicts her unearthly beauty, but shows her limbs contorted in an extreme yoga pose, a reflection on the distortions of global media.Taking a three-dimensional image of the sculpture, and working directly with the artist, the print is hand finished in a choice of gold and silver leaf. 12 colors including a silk-screen glaze were used to produce the screenprinted image of the Sphinx.

¿Qué es Uncanny?
Lo Inquietante es un concepto descrito por el psicólogo Sigmund Freud como la sensación inquietante o perturbadora que surge cuando algo familiar se presenta de una manera extraña o poco familiar. Los artistas surrealistas, que buscaban revelar el subconsciente y fusionarlo con la realidad, utilizaron a menudo este concepto combinando objetos familiares de maneras inesperadas y extrañas.
