Wat is Kubisme?
Kubisme was de poging om verschillende weergaven van voorwerpen of figuren samen te verbeelden in één beeld. Kunstenaars George Braque en Pablo Picasso begon deze stijl rond 1907, en de naam kubisme kwam voort uit hun compositorische gebruik van geometrische lijnen die lijkt op blokjes.

Object in kunst is eenvoudigweg een ding dat bestaat. Soms is dat ding het belangrijkste om te zien in een schilderij of tekening en is het het brandpunt. Een object kan iets zijn dat kan worden aangeraakt, gezien of afgebeeld worden in de kunst.
Plastiek is een materiaal dat bestaat uit synthetische of organische verbindingen die kunnen worden gebruikt om te worden vervormd tot voorwerpen. Plastic werd pas in de 20e eeuw een kunstvorm. Plastic kan worden gezaagd om nieuwe objecten te maken, op verschillende wijze worden samengevoegd en beschilderd worden met acryl.
Een hulpmiddel voor een artiest dat verschillende stoffen zoals verf en inkt spuit met behulp van samengeperste lucht. Een aantal stukken van James Rosenquist ( Pop Amerikaanse artiest) zijn gemaakt met behulp van een airbrush. Werkte zowel als kunstenaar als industriele schilder. Het enorme F-111 1965 schilderij is een van zijn bekendste werken.
