Wat is activistische kunst?

Activistische Kunst is een vorm van kunst die is gemaakt om sociale en politieke kwesties aan te pakken. Het omvat vaak publieke betrokkenheid en werkt nauw samen met gemeenschappen om bewustwording te creëren of verandering te stimuleren. Hoewel het elementen van performancekunst kan bevatten, is het niet beperkt tot deze vorm. Voorbeelden zijn het maken en verspreiden van sociale protestposters of het organiseren van gemeenschapsgerichte kunstprojecten die specifieke doelen benadrukken.
